Introducing Pamela by City Chic

The next pretty set from City Chic that i get to introduce you to today is Pamela.
This cute set is an online exclusive at the City Chic website.

When i was looking through the site i stumbled across them and the Pamela Contour bra and matching knickers were just to cute i had to the them.

With the bra being the usual 'contour' bra i ordered my usual size as G is the highest they go.

For reference my numbers are

Bust: 49 inches or 124.5 cm
Waist: 36 inches or 91.5 cm
Hips: 51 inches or 130 cm

In City Chic Bras i have previously been a 18G

I typically wear a size 18 in clothes approximately
(i usually go on measurements rather than size number)

When it arrived i just had to try it on right away. The polka-dots and soft pink was so sweet.

A contour bra is basically a molded padded bra, the cups keep their shape even when not wearing.

The shape on is just perfect and fits me so well.

The band at the back is a little bigger than i would like, a 16 would be a slightly longer lasting fit but the cups on the contour bras only go up to a G so the cup would be too small for me in the 16.

Regardless of that the fit is super comfortable and it fits very well.
The central gore sits firmly against my breast bone and the under wire encompass my whole bust so no digging in.

The material was so soft and smooth to the touch. The lace is soft and not scratchy and just the right amount of pretty detail without being over done.

The matching knickers were just as good, made of the same material.

i ordered these in a 20 and they fit perfectly, i could have gone down to a 18 honestly but the 20 is just amazingly comfy right away.

the back is cut very well and full cover

They are honestly one of the most comfy pair of knickers i have. So matched with the bra, the comfort level of this set is so so high.

it is on the top of my list for when i want something pretty and super comfy to wear

So basically you might of guessed it... my verdict... awesome, comfy, pretty...worth every cent.

Introducing Mila by City Chic..

I have always been a fan of City Chic. Not all their styles are for me but i have previously got some amazingly cute things from them.

Recently i caved to their amazing sale of a Bra and Panties set for $50... so many pretties

I brought a few sets (which i will review them all) but for today i will be talking about the gorgeous..
Mila Underwire Bra and the matching Mila Shorty.

When i saw this set i just had to try it. it was a very different look than their normal bras and right up my alley style wise.

For reference my numbers are

Bust: 49 inches or 124.5 cm
Waist: 36 inches or 91.5 cm
Hips: 51 inches or 130 cm

In City Chic Bras previously i have been a 18G

I typically wear a size 18 in clothes approximately
(i usually go on measurements rather than size number)

When i tried it on in-store i ended up getting a 16H as the 18 band was too big.
Other than the slight change in size the fit is pretty much perfect.

The bra has lace cups and a deep blue satin contrast edging. the strapped bust sits very well. It also has adjustable shoulder straps, centre bow, padded hook closure, powernet lining, and boned side seam frame to offer further support.

The fit of the bra is very nice, i found it super comfortable and i am easily able to wear this all day. no digging in, no pinching.

The cups are not the firmest support, but with a soft lace half cup i am not surprised. It still managed to keep my girls looking good and supported enough for me to be happy.

The back closure is padded so it not scratchy at all. It has a 4 hook closure and the band is lovely and wide.

So over all, I loved the bra. The style is completely adorable.
All boudoir and sassy while being practical as well.

The shorty was a little more hit and miss.

Style wise they are super cute. The same black lace and blue satin as the bra.
I will say right out the fit of these is quite firm.
The picture above is in the 18.
I ended up getting a 20 to comfortably accommodate my bubble butt.

They have a solid blue satin front with a lace detail on the leg hole

The back is a sheer mesh , which is lovely and soft.

Now fit wise, these are not that fabulous. i can by all means wear them very comfortably but if i wear them for a full day they do end up driving me bonkers.

As you can see from the images of me in the set.
While the back sits nice and high, the front dips quite low.

So if like me you have any belly at all, after wearing for a while the front rolls / folds down and sits just under my belly and i really dislike the feel and look. so i am constantly adjusting all day.

I will say however that regardless of this, the look is so pretty. So if you are not planning on wearing them for a full day, then this would not be a problem.

Overall i have to say, Mila is stunning. The set is stylish, sexy and has that little point of difference on most out there.

What do you think?
